GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT

Memberships begin immediately upon payment confirmation

Annual memberships provide two months free compared to monthly billing
-
Members may upgrade tiers at any time; downgrades take effect at next billing cycle
-
New members receive prorated benefits based on enrollment date
2. BILLING & PAYMENT

Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
-
Annual memberships are billed yearly on enrollment anniversary
-
Payment must be current to maintain membership benefits
-
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of benefits until resolved
-
No refunds for partial months or unused benefits
3. DISCOUNT LIMITATIONS & RESTRICTIONS

CRITICAL: Member discounts and store credit CANNOT be used for event entries, tournament fees, or any gaming events

Discounts apply to retail merchandise only (games, accessories, supplies, etc.)

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated

Discounts do not apply to special orders, pre-orders, or limited allocation items unless specified

Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value

5. EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS & MERCHANDISE

Monthly exclusive products vary and are selected by Nexus

Exclusive products have no cash value and cannot be returned for credit

T-shirts provided in standard sizes; special sizing requests subject to availability

6. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

Members may cancel at any time with 30-day written notice

Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

No refunds for unused portion of membership fees

All unused store credit forfeited upon cancellation

Nexus reserves right to terminate memberships for policy violations
7. POLICY CHANGES

Nexus reserves right to modify membership benefits and terms with 30-day notice

Existing members grandfathered for 90 days on benefit reductions

Price increases require 60-day advance notice

Continued membership after notice period constitutes acceptance of changes
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Fraudulent use of membership benefits results in immediate termination

9. By purchasing and maintaining a membership with Nexus , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Game Room Access Hours

Member Exclusive Access: Members are granted access to the game room only during designated member hours, which are outside of normal store operating hours and scheduled public events.

Normal Store Hours: listed below

Event Hours: During any scheduled tournaments, game nights, or special events, the game room may be reserved for event participants only, and general member access may be restricted.

Members receive exclusive access to the game room during off-peak hours

Access times will be communicated via email, social media, or posted in-store

Nexus reserves the right to modify member access hours with reasonable notice

Game Room Rules
