General Policy
We want every purchase to be the right one. If something does not work out, we are here to help. Our general return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unopened and in original, resellable condition with a valid receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit at the customer's preference.
Returns by Product Category
General Merchandise
- Window: 30 days from purchase date
- Condition: Unopened, original packaging, resellable condition
- Receipt: Required
- Refund: Original payment method or store credit
Board games, accessories, and other general merchandise qualify under the standard 30-day return policy provided the item has not been opened or used.
Defective Items
If an item is defective upon opening, we will exchange it for the same item while supplies last. If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit. In cases where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will assist in facilitating a claim with the manufacturer.
Sealed TCG Products (Booster Boxes, Packs, Sets)
- Window: 14 days from purchase date
- Condition: Must be unopened and sealed
- Receipt: Required
- All sales are final once the product is opened
Due to the nature of randomized collectible card products, we cannot accept returns on any sealed TCG item that has been opened. This applies to booster boxes, booster packs, set boxes, and similar sealed products.
TCG Singles
All singles sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the error was made by our staff (for example, an incorrect card was pulled or the wrong item was sold).
Preorders
- Deposit: 100% payment required at time of order
- Pickup Window: 7 days from the date of product arrival notification
- After the window: Store credit only. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed preorders after the 7-day pickup window has passed.
Preorders are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up within the designated window.
Special Orders
All special orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns on items ordered specifically for a customer unless the distributor cancels or cannot fulfill the order on their end. If a distributor cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Event Entry Fees
Event entry fees are non-refundable once an event has started. If a customer needs to withdraw before an event begins, we can issue store credit or transfer the entry to another eligible event. No cash refunds will be issued for event fees under any circumstances.
Store Credit
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be cashed out
- Store credit has no expiration date
- Store credit cannot be combined with certain promotional discounts unless otherwise stated
Price Match Policy
We will match the TCGplayer Low price plus applicable shipping on identical items, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be identical in name, edition, and condition
- The competing listing must be in stock and available from a verified seller
- Price matches are valid the same day only and cannot be applied retroactively
- We do not match prices based on damaged listings, listings with unusual conditions, or prices derived from coupons, promotional codes, or special offers
To request a price match, bring the listing to our attention at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to verify the listing before approving the match.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
